With its first investments made in 2000, the VIMAC I.T. II has exited three companies and currently manages holdings in 16 companies. The VIMAC I.T. II is now fully invested, with significant reserves for follow-on investments in current holdings.
We will soon begin investing in early-stage companies from our new fund, VIMAC IT III. As with our prior IT fund, IT III will concentrate its investments in three sectors of information technology:
Our managers have a substantial amount of personal experience in these sectors, and we work closely with our partner, Forrester Research to track and understand developments in these areas.
